At UBHS our creative curriculum provides learners with fantastic opportunities to further their skills, knowledge and understanding through the brilliant learning that takes place in the classroom.

We have the highest calibre teachers and classroom assistants to stretch and challenge our young people. In addition to the great academic studies we provide, we are also committed to enhancing learners’ cultural capital experiences and character development.

The wider curriculum and extracurricular opportunities we offer further enhance learners’ skills, knowledge and understanding and, perhaps most importantly, provide experiences that prepare them for later life. Recent activities and visits include; a residential to Boggle Hole, our annual Careers Fair with colleges, universities and businesses attending, work experience for Year 10 learners, mock interviews, a visit to the seaside, sports tournaments and much more.
