UBHS has received numerous awards over the years for our brilliant attendance. Last year, we were recognised by the Fischer Family Trust Foundation (FFT) for being in the top 25% of all schools nationally and top 10% of similar schools for our whole school attendance.

Good attendance tells us a lot about learners in school. It tells us they feel safe, they are happy and they want to learn. Our high attendance is testament to the great work of our fantastic staff team and what they do to support learners and ensure they are in school and accessing a brilliant education each and every day.

This half term we are focusing on punctuality, so that we can be certain all learners are receiving the best possible chance to succeed in their education. We expect learners to be on time and arrive at school ready to learn no later than 8:25am each morning.

Learners with the best attendance and punctuality will be put forward for our school rewards scheme and provided with opportunities to join the end of term rewards trips and celebrations.
