We are seeking to appoint an experienced, dedicated and enthusiastic PA to the Co-Heads and to provide support to our Senior Leadership Team (SLT) at an exciting time for the Trust.  

Responsible to the CEO/Co-Heads (BGHS), the PA will act as the first point of contact for all SLT enquiries, requiring discretion, confidentiality and the ability to work autonomously.  The postholder will provide pivotal support to the CEO/Co-Heads, facilitating the effective management of their time and overseeing projects/events/completing tasks on their behalf.  The post holder will also provide a comprehensive secretarial/administrative support and advisory service to the CEO/Co-Heads and the wider Leadership Team. 

The successful applicant will have significant previous experience of working in a similar role, be educated to at least A Level standard (or equivalent), be an effective communicator and be able to use their own initiative.  A flexible ‘can do’ attitude is essential, as is the ability to provide the very best levels of service to all employees and stakeholders of the school.

Upper Batley High School is seeking to employ Relief cleaners for 15 hours per week to join our existing team. The successful candidates will be required to undertake the full range of cleaning tasks and will be responsible for cleaning areas as required within the school which will include classrooms, offices, and corridors. Duties will include sweeping, mopping, vacuum cleaning, emptying of litter bins, damp wiping and polishing.

You must be self-motivated and a good team player, as the successful candidate will be required to deliver and promote the services whilst providing quality cover for staff absence when required.
