As the lockdown continues it is wonderful to see the great many ways people respond positively to this situation. We have seen on TV images of so many households putting up rainbow pictures in their windows saying 'Stay Positive' and "Support our NHS heroes". On social media we see famous musicians live streaming concerts from their living rooms to help keep positive, and bring a little cheer to households around the world. Over 700,000 people are doing the daily work out with Joe Wicks to keep themselves fit and healthy (including us at UBHS!). The Royal Mint have diversified their manufacturing to make visas for frontline NHS workers. Locally we are delivering food parcels to those families who need it the most. People are rising to this global challenge superbly well and there has never been a more important time to support other people. Call your relatives, call your friends, be there for other people in any safe way you can. Now is when we all realise what matters. Our friends, family, neighbours. Stay in to protect yourself and others, but remember you can still be there for other people in so many different ways. These are scary and uncertain times and it is ok to feel sad sometimes. But let's support each other to get through this and be there for one another. As Bob Marley once said "You never know how strong you are, until being strong is the only choice you have". If you haven't seen our UBHS staff video then watch it now- that is certain to make you smile. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_u5UJ8Olfz4&t=100s . Our next release comes out on Friday!
